- Charges shall include: (a) any fees charged by Us in respect of the Prepaid Card, including replacement, handling and other fees, if any; and (b) service Charges on specific types of Transactions. The method of computation of such Charges will be as updated by Us from time to time in these Terms and Conditions.
- Charges shall be non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-assignable in nature.
- All Charges, in the absence of manifest error, shall be final and binding and shall be conclusive in nature.
- All statutory taxes including goods and service tax, imposts, duties (of any description whatsoever) as may be levied from time to time by Government of India or other competent authority in respect of or in connection with the Prepaid Card, shall be borne by the Corporate, or Reseller, Sub-Distributors or Cardholder (as applicable).
- All Charges related to the Prepaid Card will be debited from the Account, as may be levied from time to time.

| ^ यदि प्रीपेड कार्ड का उपयोग लगातार 6 (छह) महीनों तक नहीं किया जाता है (कोई बिक्री लेन-देन नहीं होता है) और/या यदि प्रीपेड कार्ड की समय सीमा समाप्त हो गई है और 6 (छह) महीने की अवधि बीत चुकी है, तो ये शुल्क तिमाही आधार पर लगाए जा सकते हैं। प्रीपेड कार्ड में पर्याप्त बैलेंस उपलब्ध होने तक कटौती की जाएगी। ऊपर प्रीपेड कार्डों के लिए मानक प्रीपेड कार्ड शुल्क संरचना दी गई है। प्रीपेड कार्ड के शुल्क और प्रभार (लागू होने और लगाए जाने सहित) कॉर्पोरेट / पुनर्विक्रेता के साथ व्यावसायिक व्यवस्था या डील के आधार पर भिन्न हो सकते हैं। यूरोनेट कार्ड प्रभार/शुल्क संरचना में परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। | ||||||
- शुल्क में निम्नलिखित शामिल होंगे: (a) प्रीपेड कार्ड के संबंध में हमारे द्वारा लगाए गए कोई भी शुल्क, जिसमें प्रतिस्थापन, हैंडलिंग और अन्य शुल्क, यदि कोई हो, शामिल हैं; और (b) विशिष्ट प्रकार के लेन-देन पर सेवा शुल्क। इन शुल्कों की गणना की विधि इन नियमों और शर्तों में समय-समय पर हमारे द्वारा अद्यतन किए जाने के अनुसार होगी।
- ये प्रभार रिफंड नहीं किए जाएंगे, स्थानांतरित/हस्तांतरित नहीं किए जा सकते और किसी तीसरे को नहीं सौंपे जा सकते।
- स्पष्ट त्रुटि के अभाव में, सभी प्रभार अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होंगे तथा प्रकृति में निर्णायक होंगे।
- भारत सरकार या अन्य सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा समय-समय पर प्रीपेड कार्ड से संबंधित या उसके संबंध में लगाए जाने वाले सभी वैधानिक कर, जिनमें वस्तु एवं सेवा कर, आयात शुल्क, शुल्क (किसी भी प्रकार के) शामिल हैं, कॉर्पोरेट, पुनर्विक्रेता, उप-वितरक या कार्डधारक (जैसा लागू हो) द्वारा वहन किए जाएंगे।
- प्रीपेड कार्ड से संबंधित सभी शुल्क, समय-समय पर लगाए जाने वाले शुल्कों के अनुसार, खाते से डेबिट किए जाएंगे।

- सर्व शुल्क, स्पष्ट त्रुटी नसतानाही, अंतिम आणि बंधनकारक असतील आणि ते निर्णायक स्वरूपाचे असतील.
- प्रीपेड कार्डच्या संदर्भात किंवा त्याच्या संबंधात भारत सरकार किंवा इतर सक्षम अधिकाऱ्यांकडून वेळोवेळी आकारले जाणारे वस्तू आणि सेवा कर, , शुल्क (कोणत्याही प्रकारचे) यासह सर्व वैधानिक कर कॉर्पोरेट, किंवा पुनर्विक्रेता, उप-वितरक किंवा कार्डधारक (लागू असल्यास) यांनी भरावेत .
- प्रीपेड कार्डशी संबंधित सर्व शुल्क वेळोवेळी आकारले जाऊ शकतात त्याप्रमाणे खात्यातून डेबिट केले जातील.
