The Prezzy Card can be used to pay at all merchant establishments either POS/ECOM accepting RuPay Cards in India.
a) To activate & use Prezzy Card on physical POS terminal transactions, please follow the steps to Generate/Reset Prezzy Card PIN? (If Physical Mailer not received)
Visit www.prezzycard.co.in and log-in to Prezzy “Customer” Self-Service Portal with your registered mobile number for Prezzy Card & enter 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number or registered email ID.
- Please register your EMAIL ID, if not registered already from Personal Details section.
- For Generation PIN: Go to “Set/Reset Card PIN” tab > Under Reset PIN option, click on GENERATE PIN button; your system-generated 4-digit PIN will be sent on your registered email ID.
- You can also change PIN & choose 4-digit PIN of your choice from Set PIN option under Set/Reset Card PIN tab by directly entering NEW PIN + Re-Enter New PIN of your choice and click SUBMIT.
You may then save the card PIN with you and use it for every POS transaction authorization.
b) To use Prezzy Gift Card on E Commerce Websites, there is no separate activation step required.
You may enter the card details like 16-digit card number, expiry date and CVV under the “Card” payment method on the checkout page and complete the transaction using 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) via either:
- Use 4-digit I-PIN (received in physical Pin mailer or set/reset I-PIN from Customer Portal (Card PIN and I-PIN are different), or
- a 6-digit OTP generated by the system and sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. The OTP is unique for every transaction.
Note: For all online/e-commerce merchant payments, either use I-PIN or OTP (as the 2FA i.e., second-factor authentication). Do not share your OTP or I-PIN with anyone.
PIN errors usually occur when the incorrect PIN type is used.
- Use Card PIN for POS transactions only as 2FA.
- Use IPIN for online purchases transaction only as 2FA.
For all online payments, either use IPIN or OTP (as the 2FA - second-factor authentication) may be required.
Your Prezzy Card uses two different types of static PINs for 2FA depending on the transaction type:
- Card PIN - Use for in-store POS transactions only.
- IPIN - Use for online/E-commerce transactions only.
Using the correct PIN ensures your transaction is processed successfully.
The Prezzy Prepaid Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) is operated in partnership with RuPay. It is a convenient & hassle-free gift that can be used to purchase an item of their choice. Some key features are:
- A safer & secured substitute to cash - can be transacted at any Merchant Establishment (POS) or Ecommerce website/app in India authorized with a secured 4-digit Pin (on POS) or One-time Password (OTP) (for ECOM) sent on registered mobile number.
- Allows access to Customer Support via Prezzy’s “Customer” Self-Service Portal, e-mail or call.
- Instant card activation and intimation to purchaser as well as beneficiary.
- Instant SMS alerts for all transactions.
As of now, only an entity as distributor or corporate can buy/source Prezzy Gift Cards from Euronet India Pvt. Ltd.

No, you cannot load any prepaid wallet using this Gift Card as per RBI regulations.
As per RBI regulations, you cannot transfer funds from one Gift Card to another Gift Card or any other prepaid card instrument.
