Note:
- # Charged to Customer and Deducted from the Prezzy Card Balance or charged to Corporate as per business arrangement.

- If the Prezzy Card is not utilised (no sale transaction) for 6 (six) consecutive months and/or if the Prezzy Card has expired and a period of 6 (six) months has elapsed, these charges may be levied on a quarterly basis. Deductions to be made up to such time that sufficient balance is available on the Prezzy Card.
- Above are the standard Prezzy Card fee and charges structure applicable for Prezzy Cards. Prezzy Card fee and charges (including applicability and levy terms) may vary as per business arrangement or deal on fee basis with the Corporate Entity. Eurosat as PSl issuer reserves the right to change card charges/fee structure on its sole discretion.
Charges shall include:
- Any fees charged by us in respect of the Prezzy Card, including replacement, handling and other fees, if any
- Service charges on specific types of transactions. The method of computation of such charges will be as updated by us from time to time in these Terms and Conditions.
- Charges shall be non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-assignable in nature.
- All charges, in the absence of manifest error, shall be final and binding and shall be conclusive in nature.
- All statutory taxes including goods and service tax, imposts, and duties (of any description whatsoever) as may be levied from time to time by the Government of India or other competent authority in respect of or in connection with the Prezzy Card, shall be borne by the Corporate or Cardholder (as applicable).
