By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy – Prezzy Cards and other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. Scope and Relationship with Other Terms
1.1 These Terms apply solely to use of this Website, including browsing, submitting enquiries, accessing information, or using any Website functionality.
1.2 Issuance and use of Prezzy Cards are governed exclusively by the applicable Prezzy Card Terms and Conditions (“Card T&Cs”), available on the Website.
1.3 In the event of any conflict, the Card T&Cs shall prevail with respect to card issuance, use, limits, validity, charges, or disputes
2. Regulatory Positioning and Disclaimers
2.1 Prezzy Cards are prepaid payment instruments issued by Euronet Services India Private Limited under the RBI Master Directions on Prepaid Payment Instruments, as amended from time to time.
2.2 Any distributors, resellers, or partners referenced on the Website act only as facilitators and do not assume issuer, regulatory, or settlement obligations unless expressly stated in writing.
2.3 Nothing on the Website shall be construed as:
- a regulatory assurance beyond what is expressly stated;
- an offer to issue a prepaid payment instrument; or
- legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You represent that you:
- are legally competent to contract under applicable law; and
- will use the Website only for lawful and bona fide purposes.
You shall not:
- misuse or disrupt the Website or its systems;
- attempt unauthorised access to data, servers, or networks;

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Maximum extent; Website only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject always to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, Euronet (including its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Website or any content made available through it. For clarity, this clause applies only to the Website and does not modify any liability position expressly set out in the Card T&Cs for card issuance and use.
- Exclusion of certain damages. any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, anticipated savings, or data (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise), even if such loss was foreseeable or Euronet was advised of the possibility of such loss;
- Reliance. any loss arising from your reliance on the Website, any information displayed on it, or any decision made or action taken based on such information;
- Availability and performance. any unavailability, interruption, delay, failure, error, omission, defect, or reduced performance of the Website (including maintenance, upgrades, capacity constraints, or force majeure events);
- Security and integrity. any viruses, malware, distributed denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised access, alteration, deletion, loss, or disclosure of data, or other security incidents affecting the Website or your device, network, browser, or accounts (including incidents caused by third parties);
- Third parties. any act, omission, failure, delay, or decision of any third party referenced on or connected to the Website (including distributors, resellers, partners, telecom providers, payment networks, merchants, or other service providers), or any third-party website or resource linked from the Website;
- User fault and prohibited use. any loss arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, failure to follow instructions, or any unauthorised or prohibited use of the Website.
9.2 Aggregate liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Euronet’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms shall not exceed the lower of: (a) INR 1,000; and (b) the total amount (if any) paid by you to Euronet specifically for access to the Website in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have paid Euronet nothing for access to the Website, the amount under clause (b) will be INR 0. This limitation is a fundamental basis of the bargain and reflects allocation of risk between the parties.
9.3 Non-excludable rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Euronet, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- your misuse of the Website; or
- violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Suspension and Access Control
Euronet reserves the right to suspend or restrict Website access, without prior notice, where required for:
- security;
- regulatory compliance; or
- suspected misuse or legal violations.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
Euronet may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
